More on cows

Ok, I guess the Midwest truly is addicted to cows! This one is inside
one of the state buildings downtown. I guess that is a sunburst from
underneath. I'm not sure whether this is from the parade of cows or
not, but I hope it is! Otherwise, there's no excuse.
