View from the top

There is always something cool about a bar on the 40th floor. Usually
it's the view. The bar at 2 Liberty did not disappoint, as far as the
view goes. The staff was polite, but seemed undertrained. The food
was ok. But really, if you're going here, it's probably not for the
food.
