high as they could reach without a ladder. If you look just above the
fresh paint, you can see the column is covered in pidgeon excrement.
Nice. Don't worry, short people are fooled.
I painted my room at camp like that one year. At least they put a piece of tape at the top to make it somewhat respectable. I didn't even do that, but it was above the laundry, so not really necessary...jl
