Hand sanitizer

Just in case I didn't see the "wash your hands or else" poster in the
bathroom, there is a giant vat of hand sanitizer on each desk. Good
thing the state buys the "economy" size, I hear they run out of paper
about a month shy of the end of the fiscal year.
