One of these is not like the other

After my fun lunch, I went on a quest for a jigsaw puzzle that is a
picture of Chicago. I ended up in the "Wrigleyville" section of
Macy's. They have lots of memorabilia for various Chicago professional
sports teams (I.e., Cubs, Sox, Bulls, Bears and Blackhawks). Right in
the middle of the Cubs hats, however, is this stack of Notre Dame
hats. WTF? Who decided to put hats for a college team in Indiana in
the Chicago marketplace? Silly.

    Isn't South Bend a suburb of Chicago? I think so. If not, I'm pretty sure if falls under the "The next holiday is St. Patrick's Day so if it's green it goes on this display" category.
