Overzealous

Really? We've had about 5" of snow this year, all of which appears to
be piled up in this photo. And yet the person plowing this lot knocked
over one of the cement pillars. I think these are similar to the
cement structures that were erected in front of all state and federal
buildings after 9/11. I feel really safe now.
