The Budweiser tour

Not much self-discovery going on here. The campus is nice - it sits on
the original site of the Family home, about three miles from downtown.
Some of the buildings, including the stable for the Clydesdales, are
on the national historical registry. That was the best part of the
tour.

The bottling plant, pictured, is my second favorite part. This
bottling line packages 1,950 cans a minute. It is moving so quickly it
is just a blur. I guess i should have taken a video. Too late!
There is a ten acre storage facility below the bottling plant with a
capacity for half a million cases. If they stopped bottling beer, that
warehouse would be empty in eighteen hours. According to guide brad,
85% of the cases never touch the floor because they are loaded
directly onto shipping trucks.

After hearing about all the bud and bud light consumption, I'm feeling
much more comfortable about my decision to drink micro brews.
